During a meeting with British International Development Minister Alan Duncan, Ensour said the international community’s response has been limited, adding that Jordan continues to host some half-a-million refugees despite its meagre resources.
Ensour added that the world should not forget the issue of the Palestinian refugees, over two million of whom are registered in the Kingdom.
At a press conference on Wednesday, Duncan set out how £11 million in recently allocated British support will help vulnerable Syrians in Jordan.
