The 33 sudanese refugees had been arrested by Egyptian Security Forces on 8/2/2008, (16 Persons from Maadi region, and 17 Persons from Ein Shams region) , after they had been arrested they refereed to the prosecutor which detained them for 4 days ( the case no: 2243 / 2008). after that on 12/2/2008 the prosecutor detained them for 15 days, on 25/2/2008 the prosecutor renewed their detenion for another 15 days
