05.12.2012. Alors que l’UE
et la Tunisie lancent les pourparlers sur un « pacte mobilité » le 6 décembre
2012 à Tunis, Le Réseau euro-méditerranéen des droits de l’Homme (REMDH), la
Fédération internationale des ligues des droits de l’Homme (FIDH), le Forum
tunisien des droits économiques et sociaux (FTDES), l’Association européenne de
défense des droits de l’Homme (AEDH), l’organisation Migreurop et le Centre de
Tunis pour la migration et l’asile (CeTuMA) appellent l’Union Européenne et les
autorités tunisiennes à s’assurer que tous les accords relatifs au partenariat
sur les migrations soient conclus uniquement
sur la base préalable d’une garantie absolue du respect des droits des
migrants, réfugiés, et demandeurs d’asile.

EU-Tunisia Mobility Partnership: Reduced mobility
without rights?
05.12.2012. As the European Union and Tunisia prepare
to begin discussions on a “mobility agreement” on 6 December 2012 in Tunis, the
Euro-mediterranean Human Rights network (EMHRN), the International federation
for Human Rights (FIDH), the Tunisian forum for economic and social Rights
(FTDES), the European association for the defense of Human Rights (AEDH), the
organization Migreurop and the Centre of Tunis for migration and asylum
(CeTuMA) call upon the EU and the government of Tunisia to ensure that any
agreement concluded in the context of the partnership on migrations is based on
the unconditional guarantee of the rights of migrants, refugees and asylum
seekers.

و منظمة الهجرة-أوروبا و مركز تونس للهجرة و اللجوء كلا من الاتحاد الأوروبي والسلطات
التونسية إلى ضمان إبرام جميع اتفاقات الشراكة المتعلقة بالهجرة فقط على أساس مسبق
من الضمانات المطلقة لاحترام حقوق المهاجرين واللاجئين وطالبي اللجوء
