05.09.2012. The problem of illegal migration has worsened in Libya
since the country’s revolution, and has not been adequately addressed by
authorities.
“We will eliminate this phenomenon as soon as the state’s
authority is established,” asserted Jemaa Mechri Nofel, a senior officer
