The transfer of asylum-seekers to Greece from state parties to the EU Dublin Regulation must stop immediately. In the report “The Dublin II trap – Transfers of asylum-seekers to Greece”, Amnesty International shows that individuals returned under the Dublin Regulation are facing multiple violations of human rights, including the risk of being forcibly returned to a place where they are at risk of persecution.
