[Israel] Kav laOved: Supreme Court doesn’t protect migrant workers who gave birth in Israel

Justices of Israel’s High Court of Justice accepted the government’s stance that each case must be dealt on its merits, and no comprehensive order should be given to prevent deportation of migrant workers who give birth in Israel. The Judges pointed out that there is a pending petition against the policy.
