The phenomenon of the sexual exploitation of female migrant workers by their Israeli employers is apparently widespread. This document is dedicated to exposing the vulnerability of female migrant farm workers, most of whom are from Thailand. The many appeals received by our office have revealed that these women are even more susceptible to the phenomenon of sexual exploitation and abuse due to several factors that distinguish them from other female migrant workers in Israel.
