European states party to the Dublin Convention may be in breach of the UN Refugee Convention by returning asylum seekers to Greece. In a report published today, NOAS, NHC and the Greek organization AITIMA show that refugees are subject to considerable risk of deportation from Greece without having their need for protection assessed.
